What will i do to become more healthy.

  1. Continue to write my thoughts here , de-clutter my mind and de-stress.
  2. Be even more better with Rashmi , do a lot more with absolutely zero expectations about anything. Never ever say anything even slightly mean, think a few times before talking to her about anything. Never be impromptu/natural.
  3. Do not invest in anything new or look at newer stocks to invest in. Let the money grow for the next 30 years.
  4. Do not worry about finances of doing something. If i feel the urge to do something , just write this blog. Have a lot more than most people will have by retirement.
  5. Be thankful for anything and everything.
  6. Rashmi might be weak , she might even have side to her that doesn’t allow her forget or forgive , but remember things can always be more worse. There are psychopaths who kill their spouse , poison them for money. In my case , at-least i have someone i can trust , which is a big deal.
  7. Going to India always makes me feel lighter , will continue going every year from next year onwards :)
  8. Be thankful for my parents , they did not have it easy. And everyone is worthy of forgiveness. My Mom has been so strong amidst all the negativity.
  9. I am going to buy a treadmill and workout/walk slowly everyday while working.
  10. Always keep calm :)
